The temperatures start to cool down, the air is crisp and sweet, and the sunsets seem just a little more golden when they reflect off the turning leaves. When Kayla and Eric reached out about wanting fall engagement photos, I immediately said YES, and asked what kind of vibe they were going for. First we went with some classic and cozy fall photos featuring the beautiful turning October leaves. Then, I scoped out a woodsy location that gave the most ethereal vibes! Being from Kansas City is pretty much synonymous with being a Kansas City Chiefs fan! Kayla and Eric are HUGE Chiefs fans, and they both agreed they absolutely HAD to get some photos in their jerseys! As a Chiefs fan myself, I was so down! Are these cute or what?!?

Before ending the session, I knew we had to capture the glow of that day’s incredible fall sunset. Nothing makes the perfect fall engagement photo like a golden hour shot!
